Adult Courses
Build solid foundations or refine your fluency in different settings. Courses follow a structured progression and help you gain confidence in real-life communication. We offer a wide range of classes, from complete beginners to advanced learners, taking place at the Alliance Française or online.
Group lessons follow a calendar of 3 sessions per
year,
with classes once or twice a week. With private lessons,
learn at your own pace and according to your own schedule!
Standard Courses
Our courses follow a clear progression, aligned with the CEFR levels, and focus on communication in everyday life: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Conversation Courses
You understand French, but you’d like to speak more fluently: practise having real conversations, build your confidence and become more natural.
Exam preparation
Prepare for your French language certification with a flexible, personalised approach.
Prepare for all type of exams (DELF, TCF, DPF...) at your own pace.
Private lessons
Whether you’re learning for travel, work, study or personal development, private lessons offer the flexibility and personalisation you need to progress with confidence.
Standard & Conversation French Courses
Our General French courses run for 18 weeks per session, with a total of 40 hours of lessons. Classes take place from 6pm to 8:15pm, once a week, face-to-face or online. Using the book Inspire, our teachers follow the CEFR to help you best reach your goals. Lessons are communication-oriented: learn in French from the first lesson!

Prepare for your French language certification with a flexible, personalised approach. Whether you’re preparing for exams such as the DELF, TCF or TEF, you can choose the format that suits your learning style and schedule.
Private lessons
If you want to have a more specific preparation, we suggest our one-to-one
courses.
Our young and dynamic teachers will help you get familiar with the test format.
PrepMyFuture
You can register for an online training in cooperation with PrepMyFuture
at the Alliance Française de Malte-Méditerranée. The training includes methodology tips, activities and exercises to progress, and two
mock tests.
