Summer Courses For Adults
From 30 June to 6 September 2026, Alliance Française Malta offers a flexible summer programme for adults who want to learn, practise or improve their French.
Whether you are a beginner, continuing your learning journey, preparing for an exam, or simply looking to speak more confidently, summer is the perfect time to make progress in a relaxed and motivating environment.
Drama workshop
In this 2.5-hour theatre workshop for adult learners, get a chance to practise the language differently: through play, laughter and good spirits. You will do: Expression games, Improvisation & Acting out everyday situations — ordering at a restaurant, introducing yourself, negotiating, telling a story...
Simple, practical scenes, accessible from A2 level, that you build and perform together in a relaxed atmosphere where laughter is guaranteed. No pressure, no fear of making mistakes: you play, you dare, you let go!
Through these fun activities, you'll:
- gain confidence speaking,
- work on your pronunciation and intonation,
- discover the joy of expressing yourself spontaneously in French.
It's also a great opportunity to meet fellow learners and share a genuinely good time.
Evening Conversation Courses
Get better at listening and speaking thanks to our conversation groups. Join us in a dynamic and interactive setting at the Valletta Design Cluster. These early evening sessions focus on speaking confidence, discussion and real-life communication in a relaxed atmosphere.
Standard French Courses
From full beginners (A1.1) to advanced level, learn at an intensive pace this summer! Join our hybrid course taking place twice a week. On lesson in face-to-face, the other is online.
Format: 2 hours twice a week for 10 weeks (total 40 hours).
